  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or placing an order through Meal On The Way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

  2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

  3. Products & Availability

    All meals are prepared fresh and are subject to ingredient availability. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal quality when necessary without prior notice.

    Meal images are for illustration purposes only. Actual presentation may vary.

  4. Pricing

    All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout where required.

    Prices and promotions may change without notice.

  5. Orders

    Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

    We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or delivery limitations.

  6. Payment

    We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.

    Payment must be received before an order is prepared or dispatched.

  7. Delivery

    Meal On The Way delivers to eligible service areas during scheduled delivery windows.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

  8. Food Storage

    Customers should refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery.

    Meals should be consumed by the best-before date provided on the packaging.

    Meal On The Way is not responsible for food quality after meals have been left unrefrigerated beyond safe food handling guidelines.

  9. Allergies

    Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to:

    • Milk
    • Eggs
    • Wheat
    • Soy
    • Tree Nuts
    • Peanuts
    • Sesame
    • Fish
    • Shellfish
    • Mustard

    Although we follow strict food preparation practices, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

    Customers with severe allergies should not rely solely on ingredient listings and should contact us before placing an order.

  10. Intellectual Property

    All website content, recipes, branding, logos, photographs, and written materials remain the property of Meal On The Way and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meal On The Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

    Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

  12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

  13. Shipping & Delivery Policy

    Meal On The Way currently delivers within select service areas in Ontario. Delivery windows are communicated before each delivery date.

    Customers will receive updates regarding scheduled deliveries whenever available. If no one is available to receive the order, meals may be left at the delivery location according to the delivery instructions provided by the customer.

    Ownership and responsibility for the meals transfer to the customer once delivery has been completed.

  14. Food Safety & Allergy Disclaimer

    All meals are prepared in commercial food preparation facilities following applicable Canadian food safety standards. Despite careful handling procedures, our kitchen processes ingredients containing common allergens.

    Meals should remain refrigerated upon delivery and reheated according to package instructions.

    Customers are responsible for determining whether our meals meet their dietary requirements and allergy needs.
